While I was leaving a parking lot I had another vehicle back out and side swipe my car. Even though Rick Flores was obviously busy with other customers he was still able to immediately provide me with a quote and began the repairs on my vehicle the next day. They finished the repairs in the timeframe quoted, returned my car to me fully detailed, and it looks better than before I was hit. I couldn’t be more satisfied!
